Open the Shop and tap ↺ Restore purchases. That brings back every permanent item you have bought — scarves, the halo, the golden fleece, the Forever Shield — on this or any device signed into the same Apple ID. Token packs are consumable and are not restored, because they were already spent in the game.
Progress cannot be recovered. Bo keeps everything on your phone and has no server and no backup, so there is no copy anywhere to restore from. Your purchases are safe though — use Restore purchases above.
Streaks roll over at midnight on your phone's own clock. Travelling across time zones, or changing the date manually, can move that line. The Forever Shield protects a streak from breaking.
Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Bo and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Reminders are scheduled by your phone, not sent from the internet, so they also need the app to have been opened at least once since you set them.
In the app: Settings → Reset progress. Or delete the app from your home screen, which removes all of it. Nothing is stored outside your phone, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
