Bo is a small app that shows you one Bible verse a day and lets you care for a cartoon lamb. That is all it claims to be.
Bo is not counselling, therapy, medical care, mental health care, or spiritual direction, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Nothing in the app is a professional opinion about your life or your health. If you are struggling, please talk to a doctor, a counsellor, or someone you trust. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number. In the United States you can call or text 988.
Bo has no account and no server. Your streak, tokens, prayer list and journal are stored on your device and nowhere else. This means we cannot recover them. If you delete the app, reset your progress, lose your phone, or your device fails, that content is gone permanently and we have no copy of it. If something you write matters to you, keep your own copy somewhere else.
All purchases go through Apple. We never see or store your payment details. Permanent items (cosmetics, the Forever Shield) can be restored on a new device using Restore purchases in the Shop. Token packs are consumable — once spent they are used up and Apple does not restore them. Anything you buy is a licence to use it inside Bo, not ownership of it. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own policy, not by us; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Please do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or its artwork, sounds, or code.
Bo is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be free of bugs, always available, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or lost progress, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
We may update the app or these terms. Continuing to use Bo after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may also stop offering the app.
